Bayhorse is proud to support Hope On A Mission (HOAM) as their Champion-level sponsor for 2023! When we learned about the work CaraMia Bacchiochi was doing to help our neighbors in Poughkeepsie, we knew that we wanted to be a part of it. Providing support to people at some of the most difficult times in their lives is one of the greatest acts we can do. Hope On A Mission (HOAM) is a street outreach ministry seeking to restore dignity, with love & grace, to homeless, addicted women (and men) in the streets of Poughkeepsie, NY, and beyond. We do this through acts of compassion at our Pop-up Provisions events throughout the city, four times a week, every week, all year long. People surviving homelessness, and/or addiction can get a hot meal, bottled water & snacks to-go; clean, dry, seasonally appropriate clothing and footwear, & personal hygiene items, through RELATIONSHIP, COMMUNITY, and ACCEPTANCE, no matter what.

We believe that through genuine, loving relationships, we can make a difference to humans 

• Supporting, validating, and encouraging those who are struggling with life-draining habits, circumstances, and addictions. Our volunteers offer prayer, personal relationships, and basic human needs (food, clothing, love).
•  Providing referrals and accompanying people in need to agencies which can help improve their circumstances.
• Consistently showing up to our events, no matter the weather, political, social, national or international climate.
