Basic Charges for Truck Delivery
If your purchase is too large or too heavy for you to pick up on your own, Bayhorse can deliver it to your home or business. We serve customers throughout the Hudson Valley and New York State as well as in other nearby states, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Vermont and beyond. We have a base delivery rate of $175.00 plus $8.00 per mile. We use Google maps to measure the distance in miles from our Red Hook, NY location to the shipping address on your order. The checkout page includes a delivery estimator based on your zip code for deliveries up to 250 miles from Bayhorse. If you require a delivery beyond 250 miles from our Red Hook, NY location, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. A rear escort vehicle is required for travel on highways of more than two-lanes when vehicle/load is greater than 12 feet wide, 80 feet long or greater, or if the vehicle is a slow moving vehicle, or bridge speed restrictions are required, or where the overhang is greater than 10 feet. The fee for a rear escort vehicle is $600.
