Most cities, towns and other municipalities our area do not require a building permit for small structures, such as sheds, dog kennels and chicken coops that are under one hundred square feet.

For slightly larger buildings, you may be expected to pay for a building permit and submit a diagram showing the placement of the new structure on your property.  For larger sheds and garages, many building and zoning offices require a set of drawings that have been stamped by an architect in order to issue a building permit. We have building plans for many of our sheds and garages.

Building plans for our standard garage models are available for purchase. Building plans for non-standard or customized garage models or stamped plans (if required by your municipality) may incur additional charges. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements.
