Standard specifications for our Vinyl Ranch A-Frame One-Story, Two-Car Garages include: 6" x 6" pressure treated base, 7' high sidewalls with 2" x 4" x 16" on center wall framing, GP Dutch Lap Vinyl siding over exterior plywood available in 14 colors, four 24" x 36" single hung windows with shutters, one entry door, 2" x 6" x 12" on center roof rafters with LP Silver Tech sheathing, 15 lb. felt paper with lifetime architectural shingles, a-frame roof is 3/12 pitch. 20' wide garages come with two 8'x6'6" uninsulated, solid aluminum garage doors, 24' wide garages come with two 9'x7' uninsulated, solid aluminum garage doors.
