Standard features of our Capes include:
- Doors: Sheds include a set of double doors with a locking door handle. Door sizing varies based on shed size and are available in 4’, 5', 6', and 8'.
- Windows: Buildings up to 10 feet in length have one window with a screen and buildings 12 feet and longer have two windows with screens.
- Foundation: Built on 4" x 4" pressure-treated timbers. Floor joists: 2" x 4"s, 16"on center. Flooring: 5/8"LP ProStruct Pre-engineered Pressure treated flooring. Non-Skid flooring. Diamond plated metal threshold.
- Walls: Side walls 78". Double 2"x 4" sill plate on top and bottom of side walls. Walls are framed with 2" x 4"s 16"on center.
- Roof: 7/12 pitch. 10' Peak. Roof Sheathing: 1/2" OSB. Roofing materials: 15 lb. felt paper with IKO Cambridge lifetime architectural shingles.
- Additional: Two 18" x 27" single hung windows with half screen, shutters.
