7' COTTAGE SHEDS

 Standard features of our 7' Cottages include:  

• Doors: Sheds include a set of double doors with a locking door handle. Door sizing varies based on shed size and are available in 4’, 5', 6', and 8'. 
• Windows: Buildings up to 10 feet in length have one window with a screen and buildings 12 feet and longer have two windows with screens. 
• Foundation: Built on 4" x 4" pressure-treated timbers. Floor joists: 2" x 4"s, 16" on center. Flooring: 5/8"exterior plywood flooring. Diamond plated metal threshold. 
• Side Walls: Double 2"x 4"sill plate on top and bottom of side walls. Walls are framed with 2" x 4"s, 16" on center and are 83" high. 
• Exterior Walls: Siding options available in LP Smartside, Clapboard, and Vinyl with multiple color options 
• Roof: 10' peak. Roof Rafters: 2" x 4"s, 16"on center. Roof Sheathing: 1/2" OSB. 5/12 roof pitch, 18" x 27" windows and shutters. Roofing materials: 15 lb. felt paper with IKO Cambridge lifetime architectural shingles. 

Standard features of our Classic Cottages include:  

• Doors: Sheds include a set of double doors with a locking door handle. Door sizing varies based on shed size and are available in 4’, 5', 6', and 8'. 
• Windows: Buildings up to 10 feet in length have one window with a screen and buildings 12 feet and longer have two windows with screens and Z pattern shutters. Doors and windows can be placed according to customer's request. 
• Foundation: Built on 4" x 4" pressure-treated timbers. Floor joists: 2" x 4"s, 16"on center.
• Additional: 79" walls, 24" x 36" windows, shutters, 7/12 roof pitch, 8" overhangs and vents.
